The Topper television series was based on the 1937 film of the same name. This series was about a somewhat grumpy and uptight banker, Cosmo Topper, and the ghosts which only he could see or hear, George and Marion Kerby. The Kerbys would often try to get Cosmo to loosen up and enjoy life, but more often they would complicate it. Anne Jeffreys and Robert Sterling were married in real life. Nostalgia Merchant has just released a great collection of 64 episodes on 16 DVDs. Check out the Topper Collection.
